  Shipyard De Hoop Foxhol

The village of Foxhol is situated near Groningen, the largest city in the north of the Netherlands. This shipyard has a 130 meter side-launch slipway and is a 1hr. 45 min. drive away from Amsterdam.

Across the water and through the inland waterways the yard can be reached via the Delfzijl harbour. The bridges on this way cause a restriction of 16.00 meter in width.

De Hoop Foxhol BV is situated on the Scheepswervenweg 14, 9607 PX Foxhol, The Netherlands.

The Foxhol yard is in total approximately 2,5 hectares, has its own steel-cutting facilities, three section-build halls (hall 1, 2 and 3) and a shipbuilding hall (hall 4) with two cranes of 2x25 tons and a door of max. 16 x 16 mtr. Besides this there is a finishing shop, a warehouse and some small shops for various purposes. With this, De Hoop Foxhol is a flexible shipyard where various types of seagoing and inland vessels can be build.
